The 1911 Officer model is the smaller version of the full size Government model. It is also called a Compact or Defender.

As a general rule, ALTAMONT® 1911 Compact panels will fit all Compact, Officer, or Defender guns made by other manufacturers. You may want to measure the space between screws to make sure you have a Compact 1911. If your 1911 is 2 11/16" between screws, then it is a Compact 1911. If your 1911 is 3 1/16" between screws, then it is Full Size and you will want to look at our other offerings for Full Size 1911 grips including Classic, Slim, Fingergroove, and Ultima Target.
